It is early days for this service but we have been more than encouraged by our findings, fully 4 out of 10 of the first opinions that we examined were incorrect. And with minor repairs many of the condemned works have went on to function perfectly. Even though the bad press plumbers have had, the number of misdiagnosed jobs has not dramatically changed. We are still finding on average that half of the first opinions are still incorrect.
